Well, let me introduce the best ptc site in business. It is NeoBux. I have been with this site since September 2008 and till now i had no problems with this one and it is definitely my favorite one.

Even though you cant buy referrals, you still can rent them and profit good money from it. After all you always can refer a few.
Referral packs are as follows: 3, 10, 20, 30, 50, 70, 100 and prices per referrals are as follows:

Note, that you can buy only one referral pack every 7 days.
You can rent referrals on one month time, and after that month is passed, you will loose them unless you turn on AutoPay option (prices are on the picture above) and on the first click each referral makes per day, you'll pay to keep him/her for an extra day. Rented referrals have a return policy which is if, within 14 days one of your rented referrals does not click any advertisement, you will automatically get your referral exchanged with no additional charge and for unlimited times.
